Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of beauty products, lashes must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, used or opened lash products cannot be returned unless defective.
